About Me
I am Riffat Jabeen, a qualified integrative counsellor offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for emotional support and reflection. My work is informed by a strong understanding of British Pakistani, South Asian, and Muslim cultural and family contexts. I support clients with a wide range of emotional and personal challenges, working ethically in line with BACP principles.
